Very happy with the product itself. Quite disappointed that there was some confusion on the order and rather than reach out to me for clarification, they just assumed and made the decision without any contact.
To clarify, I selected the CMM option and wanted it engraved as well. I checked the CMM box and not the engraving box, however I filled out the engraving section with what I wanted it to say. They did not charge me for the CMM option, nor was it done. The engraving was completed and the rack shipped.
Upon receiving the rack, I was very happy with the quality of the product and the engraving as well. However, I didn’t see the CMM sheet so I made a call. They were very nice to speak with and explained what happened. I was still bummed that they acknowledged there was confusion but no one reached out to me for clarification prior to shipping the order.
All of this said, they offered to complete the CMM and waive the $25 if I shipped it back to them. Although I appreciate the gesture, I won’t be sending it back because I’m very confident and happy with the final product.
If you’re going to sell a premium product, then please reach out to your customers when there is confusion. Outside of that, great product and everyone that sees it absolutely loves it.

Delta-13 racks are the best racks in the business. They are so durable versus that of a wooden rack or a plastic rack. I am ranked in the top 20 on the pro artistic pool (trick shot) rankings and we use delta 13 racks all the time. We hit those racks with object balls and cue balls and they don't chip like a wooden rack would and they don't move like a plastic rack would. You also get a perfect rack when you use a delta-13 rack. Another reason why they are the best in the business is that you can customize and personalize the rack. You can't do that with any other rack.
