Anodizing: is a process used to improve the durability of aluminum.
After a thorough cleaning, the aluminum is immersed in a
polarized electrically charged bath of acid to induce oxidation.
The parts are then rinsed and chromate is added, resulting
in a brilliant permanent coloring of the metal. A final
sealant is applied, resulting in a smooth and durable finish.
